Class Packages & Pricing

Our pricing reflects what we feel is a great value for what we offer.  We are priced well below a personal training service, but you will receive specific training in the movements and exercises we utilize on a daily basis, and our small class sizes will guarantee you get all the attention  you need to move safely and efficiently.

*CrossFit 30-Day Kickstart – $99* (sign up here)
This is a 30-day program that will be held Mon/Tue/Thur. evenings at 6:30pm.  It is REQUIRED that all new members complete this series of classes.  These small classes will give you plenty of attention from our expert coaches, instructing you in the basic CrossFit movements to make sure everyone moves safely and efficiently.  Each class will end with a challenging workout that gives you a taste of what’s to come in our regular CrossFit classes.

If the current class days/times doesn’t work for you, please email us and let us know.  We are more than willing to work with you to find something that fits your schedule!

*8-Class Punch Card = $140*

*20-Class Punch Card = $295*
This is the option for those people who are familiar with CrossFit or who have tried EPC and believe in what we do.  It also provides the flexibility to come when you can, whether it’s 4 times a week, or only once. Expires 6 months after purchase.
